1. What is the difference between direct and indirect cooking?
Direct cooking on a BBQ is when the food is cooked directly onto the grill or griddle of your Barbecue.
Indirect cooking is achieved when the lid of your BBQ is closed. This takes the heat off the food and by using only the burners at the sides to heat up the inside area – your BBQ now becomes similar to cooking in an indoor oven.

2. What is the best method to clean a Gas Barbecue?
For best results leave all the burners of your Barbecue on high, for five to ten minutes. Then turn off and allow to cool, then simply wipe over with a damp cloth, later coating it with cooking oil.
